美寶胃腸膠囊維持胚胎小白鼠胃組織器官型植塊存活及促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖
[摘要]:目的:通過(guò)體外檢測(cè)美寶胃腸膠囊(GIC)對(duì)胚胎小白鼠胃組織器官型植塊生長(zhǎng)的影響以探索GIC修復(fù)胃腸道粘膜損傷的機(jī)理。方法:體外培養(yǎng)胚胎小白鼠胃器官型植塊,將植塊分為兩組:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組的胃器官型植塊能很好地維持存活,從其中長(zhǎng)出的單個(gè)細(xì)胞以及細(xì)胞克隆生長(zhǎng)好、生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。而對(duì)照組的胃器官型植塊很快變性死亡。二者差異非常顯著。結(jié)論:GIC能維持胚胎小白鼠胃器官型植塊存活并促進(jìn)來(lái)自植塊的細(xì)胞和細(xì)胞克隆的生長(zhǎng),并且此過(guò)程可能與GIC激活上皮干細(xì)胞有關(guān)。

[Abstract]: Objective: To research on the reparative mechanism
of GIC on the lesion of gastrointestinal tract through testing the
effect of GIC on survival and growth of organ-type explants of gastric
tissue of mouse embryo. Methods: Cultured the organ-type explants
of gastric tissue of mouse embryo in vitro, all the explants were
divided into two groups: test group and control group. Results:
Explants in test group could survive,single cells and cell clones
from explants grew well and long. However, explants, cells and cell
clones in control group died off after a short period of time. There
was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: MEBO
could promote survival and growth of cells of gastric explants of
mouse embryo and this process may be related to activation of epithelial
stem cells.
